We have not even discused this as an option as a clan game.
That said I will probibly get it as I have owned every MoH game since AA. I'm sure many members of the clan will also get the game. Lets not forget that Black Ops II will be out the following month and many of us will be getting that game too.

It is tricky. these games are expensive and often contain disappointment. Nothing could live up to the hype these games have on launch.
The problem I always face is that with cheaper, simpler games, you can't get the rest of the clan behind to play together. It needs to be a massive blockbuster to get everyone on the same page.
Counter Strike Global Offencive came out last week, it's £15 quid, you don't need a massive PC to run it. We could rent a server real cheap and have a lot of fun with it. Who bought it? who is going to play it? Instead we rent a massively expensive BF:3 server that know one has used in a couple of weeks. By hours played the game played by clan members together is a Mod for a four year old game, Dayz.
So MoH Warfighter, who knows we might...

Not sure if it's taken... Paypal has no sign of the transaction and neither does Origin. I'm not sure if I want to look too closely as I may end up with two copies!

Apart from the fact that I'm bored with it all (if people were boredom I'd be China), I just spent some money (not sure how much) on the expansion packs for BF and I intend to play them.
I am going to let you buggers pick the next game, decide its shit and then look for something else.
A point to note we have 2 possibilities in regard to renting more than 1 server at a time, little and fcuk all.

Seems to me people are giving up on BF3 before all the new maps have been released. The game isn't even a year old......how long did we play BF2 for ? And as for the server........doesn't matter what game we rent a server for, it will always be underused. We don't have enough active members playing the same game at the same time !
So there's little point in choosing a "clan game" or renting servers

I have no issue with playing BF:3 but for the 3rd week running we have not used our server on a Sunday evening gaming session. So why are we renting it???

maybe we should try a period of NOT RENTING a server, other than TS3
I thought that about Sunday nights, and the server not getting used by us. Problem is there not enough of us to kick it off at the beginning of the night, and when there is we are in a nice server anyway?
lets be honeset there are plenty of servers out there, and why do we like having our own server? so we can tinker with it? but we can allways find a server doing what we would like anyway, so maybe we can try without one of our own, at least for a while.

So what were all saying is that lets drop the server at the next renwal date.
Then of course we wont need any money for a while.
To be honest no one is really bored with the game, we are bored because we have few members and of those few not all play BF. There is a belief, which is false, that we can find a game that everybody likes and we will see everyone past present and future all wanting to play, wouldnt that be nice.

Well me Gaddo and pip have put about 20 hours in this week playing Dayz... However I wouldn't suggest it as a game we could all play.
Thing is I don't think it's the game, we just have less reson to get together than we once did. I would love us to all do our best to get on line for whatever game on a Sunday evening. Then in addition at any time a clan member sits at his computer to play whatever game to fire up TS first. Even if your just browsing the web, editing a video or whatever just come on TS. Try to have on in the background. I'll see if I can remember to have it on all the time when I'm sat at my PC.
