So I had this idea... With the basic version of Origin access, I get 10 hours of Battlefront II.
I have no interest in playing this in multiplayer but as a Star Wars fan, I really wanted to play the single player as it's cannon to the whole saga. Well, I have 10 hours of gameplay and thought that would be more than enough to get at least one play through.
Well, that's a big fat nope! after around two hours of me sucking and sucking hard with the flying. The rest of the single player is locked out, I have to buy the whole blooming game!
The ground game is good and the story is great I really want to play this but I'll be buggered if I'm going to pay for full price. I'll give it a year or so and wait for it to be either included in the selection of games on Origin Access. or pick it up at a super low cost.
From what I have seen of the single player its great. The visuals and sound are amazing, you wouldn't be disappointed seeing this at the cinema. All of the eye candy set to the max and getting 200 fps plus my new graphics card is working out just great.
I know I spend £399 on a new card then complain about paying £31 for a game but the card will last for the next four years or so, that game I would play for another 6 hours at best.
